“Your soul is whispering in the winds, calling you to come home.”
At certain points in life, we all need someone to walk alongside us for a while. Someone who can offer perspective, presence and a safe space to explore what is happening.
You may be seeking therapy for:
Whatever you are facing, I offer a space to explore it together and support you in finding a way through.
I offer individual therapy for adults in English and Danish and am currently completing a four-year training in Integral Psychotherapy, working with clients under supervision as part of my clinical training.
Read more about meWhat matters deeply to me is creating a calm and safe space where you can feel fully met - with presence, openness and without judgement.
My own path into therapeutic work began more than a decade ago. At the time, I was a mother of two young children and had helped start a business with my husband. I was tired, stressed and increasingly disconnected from myself. Life looked fine from the outside, but inwardly I had lost a sense of who I was and what I wanted.
It was not a neat or easy process. There were times when the work was painful, confronting and deeply uncomfortable. Looking honestly at myself meant meeting patterns, fears and parts of my life I would much rather have avoided. At times, there was no clear way forward - only the willingness to stay with what was difficult long enough for something new to become possible.
This work changed me profoundly and eventually led me into therapeutic training. I first qualified as a therapist specialising in self-worth and am now completing a four-year training in Integral Psychotherapy at ID Academy, the Vadum Dahl Institute in Copenhagen.
The integral perspective resonates deeply with me because it allows us to look at the whole person, rather than focusing on one part in isolation.
My own life has included many different roles and transitions: working in private banking, helping build a business, stepping away from a professional identity, being at home with children, moving to another country and adapting to a new culture and language.
I do not believe a therapist needs to have lived the same life as the person sitting opposite them. But I do believe there is value in knowing what it means to do your own work.
My hope is to create a space where you can feel safe enough to explore what is difficult, understand what may be holding you back, and begin to find a way forward that feels more your own.
A safe and transformative space where you can find your way home to yourself and create the life you long for.
